自然と地域との共生を施設のコンセプトとするBrillia city 西早稲田にコワーキングラウンジを計画しました。
この空間はマンションの住人に開かれていると同時に地域の人々にも開放されています。空間内には、オープンなワークスペースの他、個室、会議室、ラウンジ、シェアキッチン等、多様な働き方に対応できるよう、バリエーション豊かなスペースを用意しています。
また、この空間のインテリアは、人々が集まり、交流し、思い思いに学んでいく場所として、地域の人々の学び舎をイメージにデザインしました。家形の勾配天井と木の大和張りの壁が親密で安心できる空間を作っています。
We designed a co-working lounge for "Brillia City Nishiwaseda," a development centered on the concept of coexistence between nature and the local community.
This space is open not only to the residents of the apartment complex but also to the surrounding community. It features a diverse range of areas—including open workspaces, private rooms, meeting rooms, a lounge, and a shared kitchen—to accommodate various styles of working.
The interior design draws inspiration from a "community learning center"—a place where people can gather, interact, and pursue their own learning. Elements such as house-shaped pitched ceilings and walls finished with traditional *yamato-bari* (overlapping) timber paneling create an intimate and reassuring atmosphere.
